By accessing this website or making a purchase through High Taste, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

ABOUT HIGH TASTE

High Taste is a cultural platform exploring food, wine, hospitality, design, and the people shaping how we experience them. The website may feature editorial content, physical and digital products, books, events, experiences, wine-related content, collaborations, and offerings provided directly by High Taste or in partnership with third parties.

ORDERS & PURCHASES

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Prices and availability are subject to change. A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee continued availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from completing the transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain High Taste products, including editions of High Taste, Haute Pairings, may be made available for purchase while still in production. A pre-order reserves a future product and does not represent an item that is ready for immediate shipment. Production schedules, publication dates, specifications, packaging, participating contributors, and estimated delivery dates may change during the production process.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting paid pre-orders.

Any estimated publication or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

FOUNDING COLLECTOR EDITIONS

High Taste may offer limited Founding Collector editions or similar collector-level products. The contents, benefits, experiences, access, packaging, signatures, numbering, and other features included with a collector edition will be those specifically described on the applicable purchase page. Because these editions may be produced in limited quantities, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully completed and accepted.

Collector benefits involving events or experiences may be subject to separate scheduling, availability, location, age, travel, or participation requirements.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping, cancellation, return, refund, damaged-item, and related purchase terms are governed by the High Taste Policies page and any additional terms disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Where there is a conflict involving a specific product or event, the terms clearly presented for that particular purchase will apply to that transaction to the extent permitted by law.

EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

High Taste may host or collaborate on dinners, tastings, parties, cultural programs, private experiences, and other events. Event details may be subject to change, including participating chefs, speakers, collaborators, venues, menus, beverages, programming, and schedules. Purchasing admission does not grant the purchaser ownership or commercial rights in any High Taste event, concept, photography, video, branding, or other intellectual property.

Additional terms disclosed during event registration or ticket purchase will also apply.

ALCOHOL-RELATED CONTENT & OFFERINGS

High Taste features wine, spirits, beverage pairings, and other alcohol-related editorial content and experiences. You are responsible for complying with the legal drinking-age requirements and alcohol laws applicable where you live or participate. Where alcoholic beverages are offered for sale, fulfillment may be provided by an independent, appropriately licensed third-party seller or fulfillment partner. That provider's terms, shipping restrictions, age-verification requirements, and policies may also apply.

Nothing published by High Taste is intended to encourage unlawful or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The High Taste name, branding, logos, visual identity, website design, original writing, photography, graphics, editorial concepts, product designs, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to High Taste unless otherwise indicated. The content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from High Taste content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a High Taste product does not transfer any intellectual property rights associated with that product or its contents.

HAUTE PAIRINGS CONTENT

Recipes, photographs, interviews, stories, chef profiles, beverage pairings, artwork, and other materials appearing in High Taste, Haute Pairings may include intellectual property belonging to High Taste, individual contributors, photographers, chefs, collaborators, or other rights holders.

Purchasing the book or another edition does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially use those materials.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The website may contain links to or integrate services operated by third parties, including payment processors, fulfillment providers, ticketing platforms, wine partners, social platforms, or other collaborators. High Taste does not control third-party websites or services. Your use of them may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of everything offered or stated by that third party.
