Welcome to High Taste. These policies apply to purchases, pre-orders, event registrations, memberships or lists, and other transactions made through the High Taste website. Please review them before completing a purchase.

PRE-ORDERS

Certain High Taste products, including High Taste, Haute Pairings Volume I, may be offered for pre-order before production is complete. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production and is not available for immediate shipment. Any publication, production, or delivery dates provided are estimates and may change as production progresses.

If a significant change affects your order, we will communicate updates using the email address provided at checkout.

FOUNDING COLLECTOR EDITIONS

Founding Collector editions are limited offerings and may include special presentation materials, collector-only pieces, experiences, access, or other benefits as specifically described at the time of purchase. Because the contents and availability of each collector offering may vary, only the items expressly listed on the applicable purchase page at the time of your order are included with your purchase.

Availability is limited and may close once the designated number of editions has been reserved.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product or event page, orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production or fulfillment. Once a physical product has entered fulfillment, shipped, or been personalized or produced specifically for the purchaser, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. For pre-orders, any special cancellation or refund terms displayed at checkout will apply.

If High Taste cancels an order or is unable to fulfill a purchased product, the affected purchase will be refunded.

RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

Due to the limited and collectible nature of certain High Taste products, all eligible returns must be requested before sending an item back. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly after delivery and include your order information and photographs of the item and packaging. Approved replacements will be subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue an appropriate refund. Normal variations in materials, printing, binding, packaging, or other handcrafted or production characteristics are not necessarily considered defects.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines provided on the website are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the purchaser. Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside High Taste's control. International customers, where international shipping is offered, are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Tickets, reservations, invitations, or access to High Taste dinners, tastings, parties, and other experiences are subject to the terms displayed for that specific event. Event dates, venues, participating chefs, collaborators, menus, wines, programming, and other details may change when reasonably necessary. Unless otherwise stated, event purchases are non-transferable and cannot be resold for commercial purposes.

Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests who meet the applicable legal drinking-age requirements.

WINE & ALCOHOL

Where High Taste features or collaborates on wine or other alcoholic beverage offerings, purchases and fulfillment may be handled by an appropriately licensed third-party partner.

High Taste does not represent that alcoholic beverages can be shipped to every jurisdiction. Availability, shipping restrictions, age verification, taxes, and fulfillment requirements may depend on the policies of the licensed seller and applicable law.

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads and other immediately accessible digital products are generally final sale once access or download has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Digital materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless a separate license expressly states otherwise. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer its copyright or other intellectual property rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the High Taste website—including text, photography, graphics, branding, designs, editorial materials, and original creative works is owned by or licensed to High Taste and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

EMAIL & COMMUNICATIONS

When you join the High Taste list, request information, register for an experience, or make a purchase, we may send communications necessary to administer your request or transaction.

Marketing communications may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. Transactional communications relating to an active purchase, reservation, or account may still be sent when necessary.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, event details, and other website information accurate. Errors may occasionally occur.

High Taste reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected transaction when reasonably necessary. If a paid order must be cancelled because of such an error, the applicable payment will be refunded.
